The Wichelstowe development is located to the north of the M4 between Junction 16 and Croft Road.
Wichelstowe will include three neighbourhoods: East Wichel, Middle and West Wichel. Together they will include up to 4,500 homes, employment space, public open space, including a country park, shopping and community facilities for residents and schools.
